CRCC Asia’s “Green” placements offer opportunities in green-tech development companies, sustainability consultancies, and platforms promoting eco-friendly ideas. Depending on the intern’s background and interests, placements are available in areas such as Green Tech, Environmental Policy (focusing on clean water solutions, pollution, and recycling), Sustainability, and Green Living awareness. There are also opportunities in NGOs related to environmental advocacy.
Technical, engineering-based placements are primarily available in Kansai, while business-focused roles may be available in other cities. Candidates should demonstrate a strong commitment to sustainability or international business and indicate whether they prefer a technical (engineering) or business-focused placement.
This sector includes organizations committed to sustainable business practices, addressing various aspects of sustainability as defined by the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). These placements not only cover environmental issues but also extend to social and community improvement, education, and overall societal impact.
Ideal Candidates

– An enthusiasm for sustainability, sustainable design, energy solutions, or Green Technology is essential.
– While not required, pursuing a degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Policy, or Sustainability Business is highly beneficial.
