Competition Terms and Conditions

CRCC Asia has the right to use, edit, and add our logo to any materials submitted for the competitions for marketing purposes, including on our social media pages, our website, and our YouTube page. We will credit you by including your full name and university. All photo entries may be reposted with credit (or @ if provided) on the CRCC Asia Instagram account as well as our social media platforms/ website.
The video competition will be subject to an online public ballot running from June 1st 2024 until 31st August 2024, with the winner announced September 1st 2024.
Videos already published on YouTube cannot be accepted.
All other round/competition winners will be decided by a staff panel across our global CRCC Asia offices.
The blogging competition winner will be announced September 5th, 2024.
Photo Competition winners will be announced within 1 week of each competition round deadline.
Participants must not use copyrighted materials, and proof of free and commercial use must be provided for any backing tracks, music, imagery, etc when submitting materials.
Any materials including alcohol, swearing, disparaging remarks about Program Locations and local cultures, or anything deemed inappropriate by the CRCC Asia marketing team, will be disqualified. Host company names or identifying information must not be included.
Participants can submit as many entries as they wish for each round/competition, and can enter any competition round that takes place during or after their internship.
Relevant hyperlinks to the CRCC Asia web pages will be included in written blogs and published on our site with credit to you as the author.
All prizes will be in the form of Amazon/ equivalent gift card or voucher with amounts in USD. Winners will be informed via the email address that they have provided here.
